First, we remember, you are not a customer but our GUEST and we have learned the following:
  1.  A guest is the most important person in our business.
  2.  A guest is not dependent on us, we are dependent on the guests.
  3.  A guest is not an interruption of our work, they are the purpose of it.
  4.  A guest is a part of our business, not an outsider.
  5.  A guest is not a cold statistic or an attendance figure.
  6.  A guest is not someone to match wits with.
  7.  A guest is someone who presents us with needs and desires, and it is our job to satisfy them.
  8.  A guest is deserving of the most courteousness and attentiveness that we can give him/her.
  9.  A guest is the person who makes it possible to pay our salaries.
  10. A guest is the lifeblood of CHANNEL WATERFRONT COTTAGES!
